The beautiful Sunny Coast has plenty of locations to choose from for your dreamy picnic. Our favourite locations are:

We also offer the option to set up in your garden/backyard if you wish. Let us know, and we will work with you to arrange the perfect set-up in your space.

How does booking work?

Once we receive your enquiry, we’ll respond within 24 hours to confirm the availability of your requested date and time. We’ll then work with you to finalise details such as location and additional requests for your picnic, and provide you with a small deposit to secure your booking after confirmation!

Full payment is required three days before your event. Your invoice will be provided upon email confirmation of your booking.

What is included in your picnic?

Both picnic packages include set-up and pack-away service, rugs and blankets, cushions, a picnic table, table flowers, wine glasses with bows, dinner and dessert plates, napkins with napkin rings, gold cutlery, candles, and a medium-sized serving tray.

What should I bring to the picnic?

You are welcome to bring your own food and beverages, as we do not offer catering at the moment. If you wish for catering services, we can provide a list of local caterers for you to browse from.

What happens if it rains?

We monitor the weather closely in the lead-up to all picnics and will notify you if conditions are unsuitable. If poor weather is expected, we recommend having an alternative location available, such as your home or a public undercover area. Alternatively, you may choose to reschedule your picnic at no additional cost, with full credit valid for up to one year.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel within 3 days before your picnic with no cancellation fee. However, should you cancel before 3 days, we will refund only 50% of your picnic fee back.
