Our signature service offers a beautiful, stress-free luxury picnic experience tailored for birthdays, events, and special gatherings. You simply show up and enjoy—while we take care of every detail: planning, setup, styling, and pack-down + cleaning.

2 hour duration (or $50 for each extra hour)

You’ve sourced your own décor and florals, now let us take it to the next level. Our On The Day Styling service is perfect for clients who want a professional touch to coordinate and bring every element together seamlessly — transforming your vision into an unforgettable reality.
What’s Included:
Free 30-minute pre-event consultation to align on your stalled vision and ensure every detail reflects your style
Full set-up and styling of your own supplied décor and florals on the day at the venue on the day
Thoughtful placement of signage, stationery, candles, linen/draping, and all table details
Final styling touches to guarantee a cohesive, polished look that matches your vision
Pack-down and repacking of all styling items at event’s end — so you can relax and enjoy the moment
$100 per hour on the day for two team members to help style.
Whether it’s a wedding, brand event, or milestone celebration, our creative direction and expert styling bring elegance and ease to any event.

Featuring the Arrey Luxe full picnic kit loaded with every essential you need. Designed for those who want to stay savvy on budget while adding their own style. This package isn’t just for picnics—it’s your ultimate toolkit for events, tablescaping, and personalised outdoor entertaining.
What’s Included
Full picnic/decor setup tailored to your event and theme of your choice, featuring everything listed in the picnic inclusions from above.
Generous 48-hour hire period — no stress, no rush to return, just pure enjoyment.

Terms & Conditions
$50 refundable breakage and cleaning bond applies. All items must be returned washed, dried, and in the same condition.
Must arrive in a SUV/ Ute or a car that has rear seats that can fold to fit in the picnic tables and decor.
Pick up location: Buderim, Sunshine Coast. Flexible pick-up and drop-off times are available to suit your schedule.
